By engaging StarAid VA’s services, you agree to the following terms:

Service Agreement:

We will provide virtual assistance services as outlined in your chosen package. Specific tasks and deadlines will be agreed upon in writing.

Payment:

Fees are due in advance of services rendered. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Confidentiality:

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and require clients to do the same regarding our proprietary processes.

Intellectual Property:

All work produced by StarAid VA becomes the property of the client upon full payment.

Liability:

StarAid VA is not liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising from our services.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of jurisdiction.

Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
