If you’re unsatisfied with our services within the first 48 hours of your contract, you may request a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
After the initial 48-hour period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
If a refund is approved beyond the 48-hour window, it will be pro-rated based on the services already rendered.
Completed work, time spent on projects, or services already delivered.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. We will respond within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy or are deemed unreasonable.
